New Valley Suns uniforms revealed on NBA2K25?

With the recent launch of the basketball game NBA2K25, I did some digging to see if the Suns' new G-League team the Valley Suns was in the game. They indeed were in the game so that lead me to investigate if the Valley Suns new uniforms were in the game. The Valley Suns have yet to reveal the uniforms so this gave me a chance to get a potential sneak peak. They indeed had the uniforms but I am still unsure if these are a temporary fill for the game or if these are the real deal.

Breakdown

As shown here it looks like the Valley Suns could possibly have a black uniform. The black jerseys were shown as the away edition uniforms for the Valley Suns. There are some reasons why I think this jersey could be a fix or the real deal.

If you look at the bottom of the shorts you can see a Suns logo being shown. This was one of the main reasons I was thrown off because I don’t feel like there is a single G-League team in the league that has the main club on their uniforms. I could be wrong but in so many ways that just doesn’t feel right and ultimately kind of swung me into believing that these could be a fix for the launch of the game.

Now looking at a closer shot of the Uniforms in the home variation you can see that these jerseys have the same exact number font as their affiliate the Phoenix Suns.

Now could that be another reason why these could be a fill-in until the reveal? I think yes and no, I’m not saying it’s not possible that they used the same number format but I would be shocked especially because the Suns put a lot into jersey creativity.

I also feel that these could also be a fill-in because the Valley Suns font on the front of the jersey just looks very generic and bland. These jerseys just look like something you would make in the 2K jersey creator.

Now another reason I’m very skeptical is the fact that there isn’t a single Valley Suns logo on these uniforms at all. Also as shown before on the front of the jersey you can see the Number format is the same as the main club’s uniforms.

Closing Opinion

In my final conclusion, I feel that these uniforms are just a temporary fill-in until they unveil the uniforms. Now could these share similarities and likenesses with the official uniforms? I think it’s likely. I feel that the colors of the uniforms could be legit but the design of it is just a throw together for the game.
